Location
Esanland is located in the central part of Edo State, west of the Niger River, and is bordered by Kogi State, Delta State, and the Edo North and Edo South Senatorial Districts.
Landscape
Esanland is a dissected plateau with a flat landscape, high temperatures, rainfall, and humidity. It's located in the tropical rain forest belt and has a height of 390 meters (1300ft) above sea level.
